  Updated: We managed to get a telephone conversation after all. The advice given helped us fix the stove and it operated nicely now.
  
  Very poor customer service. It's been more than 6 months since I have contacted them regarding the stove we've purchased from them. The issue isn't fixed at all and I've been chasing them ever since. Extremely frustrated!!!!
